I did a trial session with Ryan about 9 months ago but ended up staying at the gym I was at at the time. About 3 months ago I was ready to make the switch and reached back out to him and I gotta say, one of the best decisions I’ve made. He’s a good, down to earth dude and he knows his stuff when it comes to working out. I’ve been challenged more in the short time I’ve been training with Ryan than I was in over a year with a previous trainer, and the results have shown too! He’s always willing to incorporate variations to the ‘basic’ lifts and movements which add extra challenges and also just keeps working out interesting. He definitely knows how to push you just a little further than you thought you could do on your own but he does it in a calculated and safe way too. As much pain as he puts me through in a 60 minute session, I always look forward to the next one! If you want results, I highly recommend Ryan. Top notch training!

Ryan is one of the best trainers in the area. What really attracted me towards Ryan's services was that he is an effective communicator. I was recommended by a friend to reach out to Ryan and I will say I am happy that I did. I just started getting back in the gym and started off with a trainer in CrossFit area. Wish I would have started with Ryan because I have seen better results with him in just a 16 sessions then I did 3 months worth of my old trainer. He is flexible, listens to what you want to work on, and has no problem doing the workouts with you. He is big on form which I appreciate. I would recommend him to anyone and everyone! My time training thus far with Ryan has been great, and I'm quite sure that we are just getting started! Our 60 minute workouts are a fun mix of weight lifting and strength training with bursts of cardio to keep my HR up. I'm not new to training or the gym, so it's important to me to be challenged. I am most definitely challenged by our workouts. Ryan is fun, patient, and willing to adapt training to my priorities. Since the beginning of fall 2021, I noticed I needed to improve physically and become the best version of myself. Not just for me, but for my daughter and loved ones who depend on me. I’ve always had a great work ethic, but I needed that extra push! My trainer Ryan Anderson was and currently is that push I needed! I am impressed with the abundance of knowledge he has, and ability to identify my strengths as well as where I need improvement. He puts in as much dedication into me as he would himself. Ryan puts me through a lot of combination exercises that are fun, challenging, and really gets my heart rate up! He always changes things up so you’re not stuck with the same old boring routine. That’s what I love most about working with Ryan the curiosity of what he has in store for me really excites me for my scheduled sessions! On days when I’m not in sessions, Ryan will send me at home circuit workouts via email that I can work on, and is always checking in and asking about my progress. He also asks about other aspects of my life, and my loved ones, and how they are doing. I can tell this man cares about me, and that his passion is seeing and helping people grow and get healthy! Training with Ryan is one of the best decisions I’ve made in my life and I will be forever grateful for all he’s done and continues to do!
Highly recommend Relentless! Ryan offers straightforward and goal oriented training. I’ve found him to be very knowledgeable, and he approaches it with years of workout experience. It’s pretty clear in talking to him he knows what he’s doing.
At the beginning, you’ll meet and he’ll take your measurements (if you’re okay with it) and discuss your goals. He then designs workouts around your goals and ambitions, and in some cases provides a plan of things you can implement on days you don’t have a session. The sessions will push you, and you’ll have to work hard; but it’s not a build you up by tearing you down format. I always leave on a high and feeling like I had a good workout and am making progress!
The business side of it is simple. Pricing structure is simple 1. Buy sessions and 2. Do sessions. He’s there to help you get strong, lose weight, whatever you want to do; not just take the money. No confusing contracts, expiration dates, or red tape. He’ll encourage and tell you where you did well, and also where you can improve. He helps you through the workout. For example, he’ll tell you between sets how to improve your form, he won’t wait until the end and tell you had multiple bad sets. Never any subjective or personal jokes that are meant to knock you down. Ryan always seems truly invested in his clients.
I’ve been working with Ryan for only a week and he’s been super motivating and really shows he cares about his clients. He doesn’t let you fail and doesn’t push you over the edge. He took the time to listen to my goals and put together a plan to help get me there I’m really satisfied so far with the work we’ve done.

Ryan's great, highly recommend! I've never worked out with a personal trainer so I wasn't sure what to expect. But he made it super easy and fun. He's really passionate, motivating, knowledgeable and organized; we legit used all of the 60 minutes of the work out getting after it. I did 1 month of 3 days a week, 60 min workouts and 1 month of 2 days before I took a break to get used to my kids being back in school. I was really shocked after the 2 months I started out at 14% body fat and ended up dropping that to 10.54% at my last measurement, as well as having more muscles then I've ever had at the age of 35. Which is a testament to his abilities since I changed absolutely nothing about my lifestyle and diet, as well as didn't work out on my own. Looking forward to getting after it on my own, since most of the work outs we did I can emulate at home with my limited weights. But I'll definitely try to get in for a periodic workout with him soon if he's free because it's that good.

I HIGHLY recommend Ryan. I've always considered myself a pretty fit person, but after I had my first baby I really needed someone to help motivate me to get back to my pre-pregnancy body. Ryan assessed my current fitness level & listened to my concerns about diastasis recti (ab separation) because of my pregnancy. He continues to customize my sessions to align with my goals and fitness level. I'm slowly starting to get my pre-preg body back, tightening up & I feel SO much better about myself. Go see Ryan I promise you will not regret it!
