Classes are held on Tuesday & Thursday
9:00 am Girls (ages 10-13)
10:00 am Boys (ages 10-13)
11:00 am Girl (ages 14-17)
12:00 pm Boys (ages 14-17)
The Youth Training Camps are summer programs designed to help young athletes maintain and enhance their skills in a supportive environment.
Programs emphasize muscle strength, endurance, injury prevention, running mechanics, movement efficiency, coordination, and reaction training.
Groups are limited to 8 athletes to ensure personalized attention. Full teams are also welcome to join.
Yes, the camps are designed for athletes of varying skill levels, from beginners to more experienced individuals.
